I really enjoyed pleasant staff and amenities, and so much more. I stayed in the room that was recently refurbished and available with superb comfortable beds. A shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were a plus.

I had a good stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Courteous staff, perfect location. I was upgraded to a very well decorated triple room. I loved the dinner in Willowgate Bistro next to the hotel.

I've stayed here before and would stay here again. Very courteous staff, top location, incredible service. Savoury breakfast with high quality cereals, bread, cheese and milk. Comfortable bedroom and modern style bathroom. A short walk to the amazing beach. Coffee bar and amazing pool.

Awesome location, super beds, very pleasant stuff. A fantastic beach, perfect view. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The food was freshly made, with plenty of options.

This place was traditional and had ideal staff and food, I enjoyed it. The venue was steps away from Pickering downtown. Furthermore, the area was outstanding. Comfy bedrooms and large beds. They made my stay perfect. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including eggs and sauce👌
